ARRIVAL TO YOUR MASSAGE
New clients please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
This allows for a relaxed experience and time to review your Intake Form.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
SoCo Massage Therapy reserves the right to cancel appointments due to severe weather. If you cancel due to weather conditions, no fee will be charged.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Late arrivals will not receive an extension of their scheduled appointment. If possible and with advance notice, we may offer a partial or full appointment based on our availability. The original appointment fee will apply.
CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
Please provide at least 6 hours’ notice to reschedule, cancel, or reduce your appointment. Cancellations made within 6 hours will incur a charge of 50%.
No call/No shows will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payments are due at the end of the service day. We accept Cash, Card, HSA or Venmo.
Please note that we do not accept checks.
RESPECT FOR CLIENT NEEDS & BOUNDARIES
The therapist is happy to adjust pressure, music volume, or focus on specific areas based on your requests.
PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES
Requests for sexual activity are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Any sexual interaction or discussion with the therapist is never acceptable and will result in the termination of future appointments.
EXISTING & NEW MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Clients must inform the therapist of any ongoing medical treatments and provide written permission from their healthcare provider if required. Any changes in health conditions should be communicated promptly.
SCOPE OF PRACTICE
Massage Therapy involves manual techniques intended to enhance health and well-being. Massage therapists do not diagnose or prescribe for medical conditions.
